AIYING WANG

Aiying is currently the VP/GM at APAC of Eaton. Previously Aiying served in various roles ranging from R&D, engineering, supply chain and VP/GM Operations. She was granted over a dozen US patents as a scientist at BIC. Aiying holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the US and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from China. Aiying is passionate about raising the bar on leadership with the teams and in communities. She served as Vice Chair/Chair for AmCham Shanghai, Suzhou Center. She has been an active mentor for Eaton, AmCham and GWC. Aiying has completed the Australia Coaching Certification program through Mindspan. Aiying is a proud mother of 3 children.

Ge Jun joined TOJOY in 2019 as Global CEO, previously Jun served in various Top Fortune Hi-Tech companies, the Global Vice President of NVIDIA, leading AI Computing technology provider; in 2014, the Global Vice President of Apple; in 1996 & 2014 as Corporate Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Vice President of Intel Corp, Managing Director of Intel China. Jun is passionate to promote big sharing economy concept through his leadership to the world. Jun holds a JD degree from US, MBA from Hong Kong, and LL.B. from China, Jun was honoured as an "Outstanding & Distinguished Graduate" by both East China University of Politics and Law, and Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College, Jun was twice selected as “China’s Most Active Entrepreneurs in Supporting Social Responsibility”.

Uju Uzo-Ojinnaka, a wife and mother to 4 children, obtained her first degree from University of Lagos, Lagos in 1999. Uju holds a Global Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business school (CEIBS), A Professional Diploma in Marketing from the University of British Columbia, another Diploma in Creativity and Entrepreneurship from the Berkeley Institute for Creativity and Entrepreneurship.

She is the Founder/CEO Traders of Africa (TOFA); a Pan African online marketplace for products grown, produced or manufactured in Africa and African Trade Invest (ATI), a Pan African Digital Trade and Investment Platform for African trade. Uju is a resourceful, result-oriented individual with over 17 years’ work experience in Strategic Marketing, Banking, Business Development, Project Management and Leadership.

In 2017, she was honoured with eBay President Award for her exceptional leadership that excelled CCOE to the next stage not only full of innovation capabilities but also delivering significant business impact to eBay. Under her leadership, eBay’s CCOE has grown to a technology powerhouse with 1000 professionals specialized in big data, AI, large-scale distributed computing, AI-based search, internet marketing, cloud computing, global application development platform, and payment. It serves eBay customers worldwide with high-quality and innovative technologies. She is also a professional bridge player and won several national championships, and serves China National Mix Team.

LIANG SCHWEIZER

CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO @ HiFiBio THERAPEUTICS

She is the co-founder, President and CEO of HiFiBiO Therapeutics, an emerging multinational biotherapeutics company. Previously, she was a co-founder and CSO of Harbour Biomed. Before launching her entrepreneurial career, Liang served as Head of Asian Cancer Research at Sanofi, and Director of Leads Evaluation at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Under her leadership, her various teams made significant contributions to 4 marketed drugs and over 20 clinical candidates. She is also a co-inventor of multiple immunomodulation drug candidates. She graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). She received her Master’s degree in Microbial Engineering at the University of Minnesota and Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Zurich. Her postdoctoral training was with Dr. Harold Varmus, a Nobel Laureate, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).

EMILY DAVID

Dr. Emily Michelle David is an Assistant Professor of Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to joining CEIBS, she was an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at Zayed University in Dubai, U.A.E. where she served as the Discipline Leader for the HR and Management faculty. Dr. David earned her PhD in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from University of Houston. Dr. David is an active member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and the Southern Management Associations. She has also worked as an in-house researcher at both NASA (Wyle Laboratories) and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Centre in addition to consulting for a myriad of organisations including the City of Houston, Kuraray, Saudi ARAMCO, and Exxon Mobil.
