ABOUT US
Now in its third year, the Female Leadership Forum brings together students, academics and industry executives to celebrate women in leadership.
In 2021, the forum will be co-hosted by CEIBS Women's Leadership Network, Global Women Connect, and NUBS China for the very first time in a hybrid online and offline format that welcomes participants back on campus and livestreams events from both universities to audiences around the globe.
Through this forum, we seek to empower women to embrace their right to lead without limits and to inspire men to engage without hesitation.
LEADING WITHOUT LIMITS
In our lifetimes, we each face various limitations. Some restrictions are the ones placed on us by society, yet others are the ones we place on ourselves.
These preconceived notions constrict our world views, self-beliefs and leadership potential by forming a false narrative about our own scope of possibilities.
As women, we are more capable than we believe.
As men, we are more essential to diversity and equality than we believe.
Our goal is to empower women to embrace their right to lead without limits and to inspire men to engage without hesitation.

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
"Give an orphan some bread, you feed him for the day. Teach him how to bake, you feed him for a lifetime!"
In 2021, proceeds from the Female Leadership Forum will be donated to Shanghai Young Bakers!
A female-led charity program by French women, Shanghai Young Bakers has trained marginalised Chinese youths in professional French bakery and pastry for over ten years. This intensive training enables SYB students to easily find employment so they can get out of poverty and support their families upon graduation.
SYB supports the program by providing public baking classes, team-building workshops, professional training, and consulting services, plus event catering through Village 127 (try a taste at the forum!)
Book SYB for your next engagement!
